Clinic Times

Thursday Morning

This specialist, research-led clinic is recommended for both amateur and professional sports people. We have a wealth of experience, having treated athletes at the London Olympics, as well as participants at the London Marathon and Ride London events.

With a naturopathic approach to osteopathy, the BCOM Clinic can address many factors that influence the individual’s performance, including stress, nutrition and sleep patterns.

A sports osteopath is specially trained to identify, diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, specifically related to sports injuries.

Our team have an extensive knowledge of both physiology and anatomy, allowing us to diagnose the issue and provide a bespoke treatment plan. The aim of this is to help our patients manage their symptoms or prevent further injuries.

Our osteopaths work with our patients to find the best treatment plan to suit their needs. This could be a single appointment every few months to keep the presenting symptoms at bay or a regular course of appointments may be recommended. To minimise the risk of injuries occurring, we provide a host of treatments, from physical therapy and deep tissue massage to joint manipulation to improve mobility.
