BCOM Clinic Tutor Tom Sparks a finalist in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu British Open Championship

Congratulations to BCOM Clinic tutor, Tom Sparks, for his outstanding achievement as a finalist in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu British Open Championship recently!

Tom graduated from BCOM in 2015. Since then, he’s been on an incredible path of growth and learning. After earning his Master of Osteopathy degree, he sought to enhance his skills in functional rehabilitation and injury prevention. This led him to the prestigious Gray Institute in America for a 40-week internship in 2016.

Upon returning, Tom became the Head of Performance and Lead Osteopath for a Great British Sprint training group, where he supported numerous athletes with their strength and conditioning needs and physical therapy.

Tom’s clinical interests are diverse, ranging from nutrition to chronic pain management and rehabilitation of various injuries. His expertise includes neck and back pain, shoulder and knee injuries.
