We were delighted to welcome Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie, Patron of the BCNO Group, to the British College of Osteopathic Medicine to visit our London campus and teaching clinic, to meet with students and staff.
Princess Eugenie’s interest in musculoskeletal healthcare has been long standing, following back surgery that Her Royal Highness underwent at the age of 12 to correct a scoliosis condition.
Princess Eugenie has often spoken about the positive role osteopathy played in the treatment of her scoliosis before and after her corrective spinal surgery. As a result of this and family members’ experience of osteopathic treatment, Princess Eugenie is keen to support charities that make a difference to the lives of people with musculoskeletal conditions.
